The Webmistress (that's me) reserves final judgement on all sites. I only list sites that are well-developed, which means you need to have a lot of good, unique content, no "under construction" sections, and have a good (read: not eye-blistering) layout. Your site must look neat, organized, and clean. If I can't browse the site for whatever reason (broken links, hard to read text, annoying music of any kind), you will not be included here. I generally don't affiliate with very small sites. Keep in mind that it may take me a while to review your site, so it's nothing personal if I don't link up right away.
